Convict Gets Bail in Fight for New Trial

SAN FRANCISCO - After serving more than 15 years of a life sentence for a notorious double murder in Santa Clara County, Glen "Buddy" Nickerson was expected to be released on bail Monday evening from San Quentin state prison to pursue his battle to win a new trial.
