Perkins Coie pay dispute dismissed

Former Perkins Coie partner Harold R. DeGraff must take his compensation dispute into arbitration, a federal judge ruled this week.

A lawyer who claimed his former law firm was improperly deducting from his compensation must take his dispute into arbitration, a federal judge ruled Monday.


U.S. District Judge Jeffrey S. White in San Francisco dismissed the suit brought by former Perkins Coie LLP partner Harold R. DeGraff. DeGraff v. Perkins Coie LLP et al., CV12-2256 (N.D. Cal., filed May 4, 2012).
