Governor's Budget Plan Spares Courts

SACRAMENTO - Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger proposed Monday giving $88.4 million more to the trial courts for the current year's budget and about $200 million more in the next fiscal year, a far cry from budget cuts he advocated a year ago.
