Cities, County Sue L.A. Over Airport Expansion
LOS ANGELES - The county of Los Angeles, the city of Inglewood and Culver City sued the city of Los Angeles on Thursday, making good on a promise to derail implementation of the city's airport expansion plan in court unless the airport's impact on surrounding communities was mitigated.
