A memorial service for retired appellate court Justice William A. Reppy will take place Jan. 13 in Montecito. Reppy, who served on the 2nd District Court of Appeal from 1968 to 1972 and, before that, on the Ventura Superior Court bench, died Saturday of congestive heart failure at his Montecito home. He was 92.
