Lawyer Says Lethal Injection Drug Limits Client's Speech

SAN FRANCISCO - A paralytic drug to be injected into condemned California inmate Donald J. Beardslee during his execution Jan. 19 will curb his free speech right to comment on the event, his lawyers have asserted in a novel move to avert his death.
