Court of Appeal Justice Was Avid Horseman
LOS ANGELES - Services are pending for William A. Reppy, a retired 2nd District Court of Appeal justice. Reppy, who also served as presiding judge of the Ventura Superior Court, died of congestive heart failure Saturday at his Montecito home. He was 92.
