Tsunami Could Develop Into World's Biggest Class Action
LOS ANGELES - The Southeast Asian tsunami could go from being the world's biggest natural disaster to the world's biggest class action, if plaintiffs find a way to bring a case in U.S. courts, a Los Angeles litigator said last week.
