On the evening of Dec. 13, 600 guests, dressed to the nines in their Hollywood chic, gathered in the dimly lit ballroom of the Beverly Hilton Hotel. The Scene sipped chardonnay under the glow of gothic candelabra while the Rainman rubbed elbows with Los Angeles rainmakers. Publisher Larry Flint and Gov.
