3rd Circuit Awards Law Schools Victory Against Military

Forum Column - By Erwin Chemerinsky - Law schools that oppose the military's discrimination against gays and lesbians won a major victory on Nov. 29, 2004, in the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals' decision in Forum for Academic and Institutional Rights v.
