Court OKs Law on Terrorist-Group Funding
SAN FRANCISCO - A federal appeals court upheld Monday the constitutionality of a statute that criminalizes funding organizations designated as foreign terrorist groups, holding that individuals charged have no independent right to challenge the terror designation.
