AG Files Securities Fraud Suit Against Broker

LOS ANGELES - State Attorney General Bill Lockyer filed a securities fraud lawsuit Monday against Edward D. Jones & Co., accusing the broker-dealer of accepting $300 million in "secret payments" to push seven mutual funds to thousands of California investors.
