The addition of nine attorneys to Costa Mesa's Rutan & Tucker helped the county's largest law firm strengthen its grip on the title. Indigenous firms Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth and Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear held tight in the No. 2 and No. 3 spots, reporting no change in their lawyer counts since last year. The rest of the pack looks eerily familiar, with just a few of the usual suspects switching places but no new entries to this year's chart.
