Computer Maker Didn't Infringe Patents, Court Says

A cluster of desktop computer makers in Asia and America exhaled in relief after Judge Claudia Wilken of the Northern District ruled against Korea-based conglomerate LG Electronics on Nov. 30. Wilken's decision saved each company untold millions of dollars in patent royalties LG had sued to collect.
