ACLU Says State DNA Law Violates the 4th Amendment

SAN FRANCISCO - Declaring it's time "to draw the line," the American Civil Liberties Union filed a constitutional challenge Tuesday to voter-approved Proposition 69, which mandates the collection of DNA from arrestees - even if they are never charged with a crime.
