AAA Settlement
LOS ANGELES - The Automobile Club of Southern California agreed Monday to settle a class action brought by its employees for $19.5 million. Members of the class, comprising more than 1,300 insurance sales agents in California, Texas and New Mexico, had claimed that they had been forced to work 60-hour weeks without overtime pay.
