Rookie to Lead Assembly Judiciary Committee
SACRAMENTO - Newly elected Assemblyman Dave Jones, D-Sacramento, was appointed Monday as chairman of the Assembly Judiciary Committee. Jones said one of his areas of concern, as a former legal aid lawyer, is access to justice. However, he said it's too early for him to say what legislation he may introduce to address the issue.
