San Diego Officer's Sex Video Isn't Protected, Justices Rule
WASHINGTON - Issuing a sharp rebuke to the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court on Monday reversed a circuit decision allowing a San Diego police officer, who stripped and masturbated for a homemade video he sold on eBay, to sue his bosses for firing him.
