School Crime Drops - But Not From Post-Columbine Measures

Forum Column - By Patrick Mattimore - The Associated Press reported the good news Nov. 29 that violent school crime decreased by 50 percent between 1992 and 2002, according to a study released jointly by the Department of Education and the Department of Justice. The bad news is - well, there really isn't any, unless we junk up the good with bad science.
