Evidence Wasn't 'Unfairly Prejudicial'

Letter to the Editor - Jonna M. Spilbor's allegation that "Jurors' Dislike of Peterson Helped DA Get Conviction" (Nov. 18 Daily Journal) goes too far in assertions that the Amber Frey tapes and Peterson's actions soon after the murder of his pregnant wife, Laci Peterson, were "the very epitome of the kind of unfairly prejudicial evidence that judges often exclude."
