SANTA ANA - A trio of justices hinted Tuesday that Orange County prosecutors' repeated attempts to disqualify from felony cases a superior court judge who ruled against them in the wake of a jailhouse informant scandal were retaliatory and meant to intimidate. But they questioned whether case law allows for such challenges to be rejected for those reasons.
