Blue Cross Settles With Hospitals Over Rescissions
The state's largest for-profit health insurer has agreed to pay $11.8 million to California hospitals for unpaid medical bills accrued by patients who had their health coverage pulled after being treated by doctors, attorneys for the California Hospital Association announced Monday.
