Attorney for eBay accuses Craigslist of initiating criminal probe

A lawyer for eBay Inc. accused Craigslist Inc. Thursday of initiating a federal criminal probe into its business dealings.

A lawyer for eBay Inc. accused Craigslist Inc. Thursday of initiating a federal criminal probe into its business dealings.


During a hearing before San Francisco County Superior Court Judge Richard A. Kramer in an ongoing case between the two companies, eBay attorney Mark F. Lambert told the judge that a federal grand jury subpoena would add delay to the case against eBay pending in his court.
