Davis Appoints 5 Judges; 15 Since Recall Qualified

SAN FRANCISCO - Gov. Gray Davis, continuing a flurry of judicial appointments since the recall election qualified for the ballot, Wednesday named Contra Costa Deputy District Attorney Nancy Davis and Alameda County Court Commissioner Beverly Daniels-Greenberg to judgeships in their respective counties.
