Pastor Sues TV Station For Airing Nude Photo

INDIO - They were two couples posing for photographs one night in the privacy of a backyard hot tub, the two women choosing to go topless. But two years later, the photographs surfaced very publicly, sparking a scandal that cost one of the men - David Moore, the pastor of an Indian Wells church - his job and getting repeated airings on a local TV station's newscasts.
