Civil Rights Attorney Quits NAACP Over Judicial Pick

WASHINGTON - Beverly Hills civil rights attorney Leo Terrell has quit the NAACP after a dispute with the organization over his support for the nomination of Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carolyn Kuhl to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
