Riverside DA Sets Sights on Africa
RIVERSIDE - Brian Kritz, law books and mosquito repellent packed in his suitcase, is a man on a mission. He hopped on a plane Wednesday and headed for Rwanda, where he will spend an undetermined amount of time in a place he's never been, working with lawyers who practice under a different judicial structure and using his legal skills in ways that have yet to be determined.
