Sanders Is Innocent, But His Lawyer Says It's Not Over

SAN FRANCISCO - As expected, a San Francisco judge Wednesday declared police Chief Earl Sanders "factually innocent" of criminal conspiracy in connection with his department's investigation of three officers accused of assaulting two men last November over a bag of steak fajitas.
