Killing of Saddam's Sons Violated International Law

Forum Column - By Marjorie Cohn - We all know that the U.S. military assassinated Uday and Qusai Hussein in a villa in Mosul, Iraq. What everyone may not know, however, is that this attack involved hundreds of troops armed with automatic weapons, rockets, rocket-propelled grenades, tow missiles and dozens of vehicles and aircraft - all of this to attack four people armed only with AK-47 automatic rifles.
