Chevron Loses Round in ADA Hiring Suit

SAN FRANCISCO - Chevron USA Inc. can't use health as an excuse to refuse to hire a job applicant with a liver condition simply because the company's in-house doctors advised it would be unsafe, a divided federal appeals panel held Wednesday.
