Lockyer and DCA Act Against Junk Faxers
SACRAMENTO - California Attorney General Bill Lockyer sued one of the nation's largest junk fax businesses Tuesday, seeking more than $15 million in penalties for alleged violations of state and federal laws that ban unsolicited advertisements through fax and phone messages.
