Legal Icon Mentored Leaders of Hollywood

LOS ANGELES - Leon Kaplan, a legal icon of Hollywood's Golden Age who helped transform the industry while mentoring many of today's luminaries, died Friday at home in Brentwood after a short illness. He was 95.
