As Fajitagate Advances, Santoro Pleads to a Lesser Crime

SAN FRANCISCO - Jade Santoro, a key witness in the case against three off-duty police officers charged with assault in the Fajitagate case, withdrew his guilty plea to a straight felony Monday and pleaded guilty instead to a lesser crime with the approval of the San Francisco district attorney's office.
