Forum Column By Luke McLoughlin In a front-page Sunday New York Times magazine article June 3, 2001, titled "A Majority Of One," Georgetown University law professor Jeffrey Rosen assailed the judicial approach of Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, who this term cast her vote with the majority in 12 out of 14 of the cases decided 5-4 and wrote the fewest dissents of any justice.
