Gearing Up

After spending the last year fighting the medical malpractice bill as president of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Alexander is passing the leadership torch this week to San Diego attorney David Casey Jr., but the association and its new president cannot take much time to celebrate. Instead, the group will channel its energies into other issues, such as the Class Action Fairness Act.
