Farmers Market Tragedy Likely Will Provoke Suits, Experts Say

LOS ANGELES - The Santa Monica farmers market tragedy that left at least 10 people dead and injured dozens probably will give rise to lawsuits against the city of Santa Monica, even if the 86-year-old driver is found to have mowed down shoppers deliberately, attorneys said Wednesday.
