America Must Go Long Way To Change Anti-Gay Biases

Faenza - As a social justice organization, the National Mental Health Association works toward a just, humane and healthy society in which all people are accorded respect, dignity and the opportunity to achieve their full potential, free from stigma and prejudice. In striking down a 1994 Texas state law banning sexual relations between adults of the same gender, the U.S. Supreme Court helped to move the country closer to that vision.
