Stroock aids TV production company in $360 million deal
Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP represented reality television producer Leftfield Entertainment Group in its agreement with Manchester-based ITV Studios to sell a majority stake for $360 million.

Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP represented reality television producer Leftfield Entertainment Group in an agreement to sell an 80 percent stake of the company to Manchester-based ITV Studios for $360 million, ITV announced Wednesday.
