$3.75M settlement for eBay in anti-poaching case
The Department of Justice and the California attorney general's office settled employment antitrust claims with yet another big name in Silicon Valley. The agencies claimed eBay Inc. illegally agreed not to recruit workers at Intuit Inc.

Just a week after four Silicon Valley giants settled an employment antitrust class action lawsuit involving 64,000 workers, the Department of Justice announced Thursday it has reached a settlement over similar issues with yet another big name in tech: eBay Inc.
