RIVERSIDE - In a rare move, a federal judge Tuesday ordered a U.S. Marine into jail for 18 months for refusing to testify against a former sergeant in his unit who is charged with voluntary manslaughter in the deaths of several alleged Iraqi detainees in Fallujah in 2004.
