Low taxes give south Orange County an advantage
Orange County is well known for the anti-tax sentiments of its voters and a review of tax policies in four key south county cities bears this out. Costa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach and Mission Viejo all have, at most, nominal taxes on businesses.
