A Los Angeles County jury has found a Riverside County trucking company and its driver not liable in a $2 million wrongful death suit brought by the parents of a motorcyclist killed in an alleged road rage collision.
In a related matter, Superior Court Judge Kevin C. Brazile tossed the consolidated cases of two fellow motorcyclists, ruling on Oct. 18 that they failed to prove their claims of negligence...
