The Administrative Office of the Courts is cutting about 30 jobs in response to this year's state budget cuts, Interim AOC Director Ronald Overholt said Friday.
The 800-member staff arm of the Judicial Council was able to avoid layoffs by offering cash incentives based on salary to leave voluntarily, he said.
"It is painful to see the talent that is leaving here," he added, without disclosing who was leaving or when.<...
