LOS ANGELES - Dennis Eugene Kinnaird, a former partner and trial lawyer at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, died Monday, three weeks after he was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. He was 75.
Kinnaird joined Munger Tolles in 1971, when the firm had only 15 lawyers. He retired in 2001.
Colleagues described him as a skilled trial lawyer who was exceptionally devoted to his clients.
