LOS ANGELES - The Civil Justice Association of California appointed Laura Borden Riddell as the group's legislative advocate, president John H. Sullivan announced Nov. 18.
Riddell joins the organization from defense firm Hulse & Warek in New Orleans and replaces Jeff Sievers, who was promoted to vice president-legislation in September.
