Reinhardt Throws Down Gauntlet on Gun Control
SAN FRANCISCO - The most liberal judge on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals used a challenge to California's ban on assault weapons Thursday to roundly reject the Justice Department's recent declaration that the Constitution gives individuals the right to own guns with little government regulation.
