Circuit Confirms Standing in Pledge Case

SAN FRANCISCO - The federal appeals panel that declared the Pledge of Allegiance unconstitutional ruled Wednesday that the man who successfully challenged the pledge retains standing to sue as a parent even though he does not have custody of his daughter.
