Pot Club Attorneys Protest DEA Raid

SAN JOSE - The operators of Santa Cruz's medical marijuana cooperative were not engaged in interstate commerce and therefore should not have been subjected to a federal Drug Enforcement Administration raid seizing its pot plants, its attorney argued Monday.
