Court Bars Treatment For Driver on Drugs
LOS ANGELES - In an issue that will soon before the California Supreme Court, an appeals court ruled Tuesday that a drug defendant also charged with driving under the influence cannot take advantage of Proposition 36 drug treatment programs.
