Van Dam Wasn't Slain At Home, DA Argues

SAN DIEGO - Prosecutors in the trial of David A. Westerfield, convicted of kidnapping and murdering 7-year-old Danielle van Dam, said Monday that information suggesting that the second-grader was killed in her bedroom doesn't exist and never did.
